Mom Together 

Join Mom Together, a mom group hosted by Julie Lundy—a certified life coach, birth doula, business strategist, and working mom of three.

Each Mom Together group offers you a supportive community of women navigating the same joys and challenges in this new stage of motherhood. Our groups focus on building meaningful connections, sharing experiences and resources, and exploring who you are and who you want to be in this new phase of life. Through guided group coaching and personal exploration, Mom Together empowers you to thrive.

Our goal is for you to finish the sessions feeling like a more confident, empowered version of yourself.

Mom Together: Moms and their babies

7- week mom group for moms and their babies. Whether it's your first, second, or third+ baby - you are welcome! Meeting in-person in Chevy Chase, MD. Includes one Free Coaching session. 

Mom Together: Parenting Strategies

6-week virtual group coaching for parents of children 2-8 years old, regardless of the number of children. Meeting virtually on zoom. Includes one Free Coaching session

Mom Together for Moms and their babies 
This group is for moms with their first, second, or third+ babies regardless of how your baby came into your life—through birth, adoption, surrogacy, or as a non-birthing partner - you are welcome!​

Build some routine into your maternity leave or sneak in a lunch break once you're back at work to connect with other local moms. Mom Together gives you the space to work through the big feelings that come with new motherhood and develop strategies to cope with all the challenges that this new chapter brings.

  • 7 weeks of in-person meetings with your baby at Julie’s home in Chevy Chase, MD (option to join virtually if you need to miss a session)

  • 20-minute intake call

  • 1:1 coaching session with Julie

Mom Together: Parenting Strategies for Preschool to 1st Grade
This virtual group is for moms with children between the ages of 2–8 years, regardless of the number of children.

This group connects women across the U.S. who want to strengthen their bond with young children and build confidence in managing transitions, boundaries, tantrums, potty training, sibling dynamics, and more.
