Mom Together 

Join Mom Together, a mom group hosted by Julie Lundy—a certified life coach, birth doula, business strategist, and working mom of three.

Each Mom Together group offers you a supportive community of women navigating the same joys and challenges in this new stage of motherhood. Our groups focus on building meaningful connections, sharing experiences and resources, and exploring who you are and who you want to be in this new phase of life. Through guided group coaching and personal exploration, Mom Together empowers you to thrive.

Our goal is for you to finish the 7 weeks feeling like a more confident, empowered version of yourself.

Julie offers 3 Mom Together groups to meet you where you are.

Mom Together for First Time Moms

7- week mom group for first time moms meeting in-person in Chevy Chase, MD. Includes 1 Free Coaching session. 

Mom Together for Second (or third+) Time Moms

7- week mom group for second (or third+)  time moms meeting in-person in Chevy Chase, MD. Includes 1 Free Coaching session. 

Mom Together: Parenting Strategies

6-week virtual group coaching for parents of children 2-8 years old, regardless of the number of children. 

Mom Together Membership Includes:

  • 20-minute intake call with Julie

  • Live weekly group sessions

  • A 1:1 coaching session with Julie

  • A WhatsApp group for ongoing support and communication

Mom Together for First-Time Moms
This group is for first-time moms, regardless of how your baby came into your life—through birth, adoption, surrogacy, or as a non-birthing partner.
​

  • Meets in person for 7 weeks at Julie’s home in Chevy Chase, MD

  • Bring your baby (pre-crawlers recommended: birth–8 months)

  • Includes a 1:1 coaching session with Julie

  • Cost: $295

Mom Together for Second-Time (or Third+ Time) Moms
Designed for moms welcoming their second or additional child, whether you are a birth mom, non-birthing partner, adoptive mom, or a mom via surrogacy.

Mom Together: Parenting Strategies for Preschool to 1st Grade
This virtual group is for moms with children between the ages of 2–8 years, regardless of the number of children.

This group connects women across the U.S. who want to strengthen their bond with young children and build confidence in managing transitions, boundaries, tantrums, potty training, sibling dynamics, and more.
